Thesis Statement for Job Outsourcing

Job outsourcing is a detrimental practice for the domestic job market. While some good things can come from it, generally speaking, a job needs to stay in the U.S. for the U.S. to thrive.

My popular audience

I think the popular audience for job outsourcing is the middle class American with a middle class American job. While a lot of the jobs going overseas are actually more administrative, the middle class American is the one that reads the story in the newspaper or sees the blurb on the news. We are the ones that hate calling the phone lines and getting someone in India that we cannot understand. Our audience needs to know things are getting bad because we know they must get bad to get better.
